The vineyards

Hills you climb step by step

Ours are heroic vineyards: hills so steep you climb them one step at a time. The sharp gradients make the work demanding and require presence, effort and many manual operations.

Camo · 480–510 m a.s.l.

Anfiteatro

The south-facing exposure and sandy soils support the expression of our Freisa. A vineyard that gathers light all day and returns character to the glass.

Freisa · Langhe DOC
Camo · 499 m a.s.l.

Vigna Vento del Mare

The Moscato vineyard, tended by hand: trimmed grass, combed rows, grapes ripening slowly. At nearly 500 metres the fruit preserves its natural fragrance and acidity.

Moscato Bianco · Moscato d'Asti DOCG
Camo · 490 m a.s.l.

Vigna dell'Enigma

Moscato di Canelli that takes a different path. Fully fermented, aged in large oak casks, it becomes the Enigma — structured, complex and surprising.

Moscato di Canelli · Langhe DOC
Dogliani · 460–490 m a.s.l.

Collina San Giorgio

At Dogliani we grow Viognier and Pinot Nero. The position encourages the slow ripening these varieties seek, with thermal range and well-drained soils.

Viognier · Pinot Nero
Camo · 380–420 m a.s.l.

Sorì del Mattino

An east-facing slope that catches the first light of day. This is where our Nebbiolo grows, with the slow ripening the variety requires.

Nebbiolo · Langhe DOC

Life in the vineyard

Every season has its rhythm: winter pruning, flowering, the harvest by hand on the steepest slopes of the Langhe.

Our approach

Care begins before harvest

For us, respect for the land translates into daily decisions. In our vineyards we no longer use herbicides: we manage vegetation through mechanical tillage and mowing, adapting the work to each plot's conditions.

We follow the SQNPI certified integrated production pathway, which commits us to observing, documenting and making our interventions in the vineyard more informed.

In the cellar we seek to accompany the raw material by respecting its character. Spontaneous fermentations are part of our approach, alongside the choice to limit interventions and allow room for the expression of the grapes and the vintage.

Each wine requires its own timing and attention. Our job is to follow it, taste it and understand when it is ready.
