Vento del Mare

Moscato is one of the two grape varieties on which the 499 project was built. It grows in the Vento del Mare vineyard, hand-tended — cut grass, combed rows, clusters beginning to turn golden. At almost 500 metres it ripens slowly, preserving its natural aroma and acidity.
